Returns and Exchanges

All items purchased from the online shop of Hopie Horse can be exchanged or returned within 30 days, in the original packaging, without use and with the purchase receipt.

 

Return by courier

To return by courier an item purchased from the Hopie Horse online store, please contact us by email to hopiehorseshop@gmail.com, with information on the order number and item to be returned, in order to receive instructions. The customers assume shipping costs in the case of returning the items via courier.

 

Refund

Once the returned order has been received and the exchange / return conditions confirmed, Hopie Horse will reimburse the amount corresponding to the returned item, in the same modality in which you made your purchase. If the returned items do not meet the exchange / return requirements, Hopie Horse reserves the right not to accept the exchange / return and refuse reimbursement.  Money refunds apply for orders made through the website.
